I grew up in Melfort, SK, but have made Saskatoon my home for the last number of years. In addition to singing acappella with HOJA, I really enjoy songwriting and playing guitar & piano. When not performing onstage I like reading, playing Ultimate Frisbee, stretching, and listening to Tony Robbins.
My favorite part about being in HOJA is seeing the excitement on the audience’s face as we start the show and watching that excitement build and continue all the way until the very end. When I see that happen, I feel like I’m really making a difference for people with what I’ve chosen to do for a living.
I try to start every day with gratitude for everything in my life and wondering what can I do today that will be fun & exciting because we really do become what we think about.
